Global Gas is still using forced exclusivity practices in 2026 that seem monopoly-like. We aren't allowed to choose our gas company in this condominium. They cut off the gas without even a reminder or warning, and when service is interrupted, they leave people without this basic necessity for cooking and bathing for five days. That lack of empathy and service is a direct violation of our consumer rights. This imposed exclusivity also violates the Federal Law of Economic Competition and PROFECO regulations. It's an infringement on freedom of choice, not just bad service. We're preparing complaints to the CRE (Energy Regulatory Commission) and PROFECO to stop the practice.

The elevator works only 6 out of 10 days. Administrator Yolanda Hernández is completely incompetent, with no ability to understand, think logically, or reason. Fines can be more than $8,000 for the slightest noise a neighbor might dislike, and they seem to depend more on the complainants' feelings than evidence from the people affected.

I find it easy to live here when I follow the guidelines, and I hope others have a good experience too. This is an apartment community, so people need to organize and contribute to living together well. Most residents want harmony, and small inconveniences can usually be worked out through dialogue and empathy. The administration and security staff enforce the condominium rules for everyone's benefit. In my view, without the rules, fees, and organization that help everyone, the condominium would be a mess.

The building is clean, safe, nice, and well located, but some tenants behave as if they live alone. They blast music, which is really annoying for nearby residents, and no one tells them to stop. It makes the place feel unpleasant, almost like a run-down neighborhood. I don't know why management does nothing, but they don't seem to care.
