Hotel Villa Ganz manages the apartment well, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s secure, safe, and good value, with a private entrance in a central, comfortable neighborhood on a moderately quiet street. The place is cozy, clean, and comfortable, with the basics for daily living on a short or extended stay. There’s no luxury or much in the way of extras, but it has what you need for an independent stay.

I stayed here in 2022 and got good service. They were helpful and available even late at night. Nearby businesses make a little noise on weekends, though I could still sleep.

I’ve been here nearly two months and feel really comfortable. The service is excellent, and the place has the comforts of home along with hotel amenities. It’s well placed near the city’s main commercial avenues, restaurants, and nightlife. The city center is only a few minutes away, and walkable too. I’d recommend it for stays of several days.

Trocadero is a Mexican house split into six apartments. Mine was comfortable in every way, with efficient Wi-Fi. It’s in a central spot, but the street itself is very quiet.

On Saturday 4/7/2018 at 9:27 am, I called to book and the person who answered was very rude for no reason. I think his name was Ricardo, if I remember correctly. When I asked why the prices were so high, he hung up on me. I hope the supervisors see this and realize he isn’t suited to customer service. People like that, with no manners, should be collecting cans or cleaning public bathrooms.
