The views are spectacular, and the building feels welcoming and is very beautiful. Staff were attentive and polite, with good Wi-Fi and perfect hot water. It’s on a hill, so getting to the city center means walking up or down slopes for just under a kilometer. That’s the only drawback. You can walk down and take a taxi back up.

We liked the walk back from the center, with all the houses, tunnels, alleyways, and other beauty of Guanajuato along the way. It wasn’t a problem for us, even though some people may find the hotel far from downtown. The room and bathroom were both very clean, and there was hot water for a shower. I’d definitely stay again the next time I’m in town. It’s a very good place, and I recommend it. Cheers!

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the Wi-Fi was good. My room was spacious, cool, clean, and well-equipped, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had during two and a half months of staying in a different hotel every night. The historic center is a 20-minute walk away, and there’s free private parking.

The balcony was a lovely place to sit for lunch or dinner, and the city view really is beautiful in the afternoon and at night. Getting to downtown Guanajuato was easy, either on foot or by taxi. The street is steep, but manageable, and taxis were very quick. Staff were friendly and helpful, gave us directions and all the information we needed, and called taxis whenever we asked. They also brought me as many blankets as I needed since I’m very sensitive to the cold. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had a great time and recommend staying here 🥰
