Rooms are lit, and the parking is convenient. If you’re bringing a car, this is the place to stay. The one thing they could improve is the toilet paper in the rooms, tbh lol. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience, and they’ve got my business from now on.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and right in the center. The rooms are spacious, lovely, and comfortable, and I loved staying here. Its parking agreement is a big plus, since finding parking in Guanajuato can be difficult on event days. If you like walking around and exploring downtown, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Guanajuato.

The place is beautiful and peaceful, clean, and smells wonderful as soon as you arrive. The beds were super comfortable, and the young man at reception was very friendly. We did have a problem when the room lock stopped working, but the person in charge helped us get in and moved us to another room. It was already early morning, so calling a locksmith wasn’t possible. They were helpful the whole time. It’s in a great location, and I’ll stay here again when I return to Guanajuato.
