It's disgraceful that nobody from the so-called security team came over during an emergency, even though I was honking the horn. They also didn't help when their machine was broken and wouldn't accept the ticket. They need to hire a better manager.

At the Toks restaurant in Latitud Polanco, the menu isn't especially extensive, but the dishes they do offer are delicious and well seasoned. The service was good too.
