Our room had no windows and no ventilation, and there was no air conditioning or heating. The shower had no hot water on two of the three nights. The TV depends on Wi-Fi, but the connection was never stable enough to use it. There was zero counter space by the bathroom sink, nowhere to put anything, and the shampoo and body wash bottles were already empty when we arrived. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel. They aren't set up to provide a good hotel experience. Their AI chatbot responds quickly, but all it does is apologize for everything that's wrong.

Room 16 had a nice view, but that was about it. We stayed one night and found no parking, no AC, just a fan, bedding that looked dirty, no extra toilet paper, no fridge, and no water bottles.

I stayed at the Hotel of poets, where each room was named after a famous poet. A really beautiful place, and the service was lovely.

They offer parking in front of the hotel, and our battery was stolen. They won't take responsibility or help us get a replacement. They said they didn't have the manager's number, so there's no help beyond whoever is at the front. They weren't helpful at all. The customer service sucks. Don't stay here.
