The location was great, and the room was acceptable, though its cleanliness fell a little short of what I expected. Breakfast was disappointing because the fruit wasn’t fresh.

The staff made this stay memorable. Everyone I dealt with was genuinely kind, attentive, and generous, and the personal driver service made getting around easy, whether I needed a ride to a meeting or wanted to see the city. The hotel is centrally located, so local restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions were easy to reach. The building is a bit dated, though management seems to be working on improvements. Its welcoming atmosphere and hospitality more than made up for the cosmetic flaws. If you value friendly service in Hermosillo, I’d happily recommend it. For me, the people made it feel like a five-star stay even if the building isn’t modern.

The location is great, and the staff are amazing. There’s no restaurant, but they point you toward options nearby, and the taxi service is great too. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is delicious, and housekeeping did a lovely thing that made my kids happy: they put their teddy bears on the beds after cleaning. The gym could use more to offer.

The room I was given clearly hadn’t been cleaned: the bathroom and towels were wet, the shower had been used, and there was a sewage smell. The whole place felt drab, uncomfortable, and dreary. I’ve traveled for 35 years, and this is a dump, one star at best. Trying to get a refund for those conditions felt like being asked to sacrifice your first-born child. The advertised shuttle service is complete BS. Save yourself the trouble and spend 10-20% more somewhere else. Not worth it.
