People at the front desk were nice, but they woke me early by knocking over and over until I got up, saying it was room service. The room had two key cards, and unless one was inserted in a particular slot, there was no light or air. The entrance and office looked pretty, and the pool might be a perk, though I didn't use it so can't review it. The room itself didn't live up to the front. It smelled funky, I found a roach and roach legs, and there was mold in the bathroom. The place was okay otherwise, but I got a dirty room.

The pool area was nice, and the staff were friendly. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so they moved us to another one. The bathroom smelled like stagnant water in the pipes. The beds were REALLY stiff, like a slab, though my husband liked his. Decent enough for one night.

The hotel looked clean and the pool was the only good part for me. The beds felt like stone, and the heater smelled bad. There were only sheets on the beds, so they brought thin blankets afterward. I woke up with a sore back and neck. I should've kept driving. My mistake.

The rooms are worn, the walls are paper-thin, and the WiFi was completely useless. I could hear my neighbor's farts. They also seem to book high-school groups regularly. During my three-night stay, noisy groups disrupted the first and third nights. I asked the front desk about switching rooms the first night, but they were no help. On the third, a group held some kind of loud rally with shouting, singing, and pounding on the walls. For a motel in Hermosillo, this place is expensive, and there's no way it's a four-star hotel. Avoid it at all costs.
