Check-in service was good, but I wouldn't recommend the hotel. The room looked nothing like the pictures and felt very old. The towels were old, the A/C was loud, and there was a strange smell in the room and coming from the bathroom. The place needs a lot of work.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The airport shuttle wasn't available, despite being advertised, and there was no hot water, coffee, or fridge in the room. The room was in very rough shape, and the security lock had been ripped off the door. That was especially concerning on a ground-floor room opening onto the parking lot. Nobody spoke English.

The pool area was nice, with a good-sized pool, a slide at the deep end for kids, and a shallow section for little ones. It was a bit dirty, and both doors had issues, so the room key wouldn't get us in. Pool towels required leaving an ID, which we got back after returning them. The room stayed very warm the whole time because the A/C didn't work. It was at 26 degrees when we started and 28 when we left. In the morning I tried calling reception from my cell since the room phone wasn't answered, asking for an iron or laundry service. They told me to dial an extension, but nobody answered there either. When I called back, the receptionist said to go to the front desk for an iron and leave an ID. We arrived at 230, and the receptionist made us wait 30 minutes before checking us in. At 3pm I went back to the desk and waited while she counted her till, then she helped a man who'd come up behind me after I'd been standing there for three minutes. Someone else eventually checked me in. Perception of time is different from actual time, mind you.

It's a very bad hotel. The A/C was so noisy I couldn't sleep with it on, and the bathroom was spoiled, so I couldn't wash. The WiFi was very bad, the lighting in the room was inadequate, and cleanliness was poor. The price is very expensive for these conditions. I don't recommend coming here.

We chose this place because it had good reviews, but I don't know why. The room wasn't clean, especially the shower. The towels looked old and in bad shape, the bathroom smelled, and we killed two spiders inside. I was a little shocked. You can pay the same price at another hotel. We left as soon as we woke up and weren't even interested in breakfast.
