The reception was awful, or really there barely was one. We waited an hour, and at first we couldn’t reach anyone, so we had no idea if we’d be able to sleep there. Eventually someone arrived, without apologizing, and charged more than the amount we’d expected even after the usual extra fees. I’d avoid it. There are plenty of other nice hotels and youth hostels around.

They had already booked my room to someone else months before I made my booking, and the double booking went unnoticed for two months. Then they expected me to change my vacation, arrive the next day, and stay for less time for the same money. I live in another country, and I was planning to come over the holidays. There was nowhere else available except a slightly more expensive room at the same location, but they refused to put me there. After that, they stopped responding. Don’t waste your time with them.

The location was good and the Wi-Fi was okay, but the place was overpriced. We waited more than an hour for them to show up with the keys. The room was basic, several things didn’t work properly, there was no soap, and no maintenance was provided.

The beach is only a few meters away, and it’s a very central spot. There are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, plus the best part, the Chedraui supermarket.
