My girlfriend and I had the worst hotel stay I've ever had. We booked a 50 sqm double bedroom with a terrace and couch, but were given a cheaper 30 sqm double room without either. We asked why and never found out. The bathroom only had cold water, and when we asked about it, no one answered. Humidity made the room really uncomfortable, with dirty damp stains all over the bathroom walls. There was also a constant dripping sound about 2 metres from the bedroom. Other problems: no cleaning on our first day, and the internet didn't work properly. On our last day, the hotel manager's dog screamed continuously for 20 minutes at 6 am.

This place is a cute hidden gem, and you'll love it. George and Barre were wonderful. A situation left me stranded in Mexico longer than planned, and they helped me so much. Sending you both lots of love, and thanks! ❤

The condos are pretty good. This feels like a place for old people, though, and there are lots of useless rules.

There are usually few guests since it's a small hotel, so it feels somewhat private, and the place is quite posh. I liked the homey atmosphere, the good-sized rooms, and the nice interior design, with plants throughout. It also has a kitchen, dining room, pool, and two lounges where you can relax.
