I stayed four nights and had great service from the very friendly staff. I forgot something, and they went to the trouble of sending it back to me right away. I can absolutely recommend Hotel Gueela!

These guys will help with almost anything. They handled my laundry, ran errands, brought me food, and arranged tours at a discounted price. They really are there for guests. The rooms are clean, housekeeping does an excellent job, and the pool is nice and clean. The AC will blow snowballs. No complaints about this place.

We've had few stays as good as this one. The staff went out of their way to make things easy: they ordered food and picked it up for us, and took our pile of dirty laundry to the cleaners, where it came back washed and folded. Our messy room was freshly cleaned and organized while we were out. They were very pleasant, and the room and pool were clean. Air conditioning, TV, and WiFi were there too. I highly recommend this hotel for the great service.

The bed was super comfy and clean, and the room, grounds, and pool were all clean too. AC worked great. The staff were very nice and accommodating whenever we needed anything. It's walkable to town and the beach, with good shopping nearby, and it's affordable. We'll be back. Gracias Balón Gueela!
