It’s an easy walk to both the beach and the central square, since the hotel is about halfway between them. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

I had a bad experience here. The service was poor, and the place didn’t feel comfortable or clean. It doesn’t meet the standard of quality.

The personal service here is really ugly.

The one thing going for the location is that it’s right beside a Chedraui supermarket. The rest of the stay was awful. Water from both the sink and shower was dirty and muddy, and sometimes it cut out completely. There was no hot water either. The internet didn’t work, and the staff said they “don’t know” and did nothing. I had to leave my room door open just to get a little signal. Warning, the beds have bed bugs. The TV had terrible sound and barely any channels. Room cleaning was superficial, leaving things dirty but tidied up. The floor is also very slippery, so it’s easy to fall getting out of the pool.
