The warm shower has good flow, the hotel is close to the beach, and the outside area is very clean. The front desk staff were just okay, and the pool was okay too. There’s a TV and parking out back, but no fridge, despite what some people said. The price wasn’t too bad, though it didn’t seem clearly set since there were no posted rates. I can’t be sure, but I wondered if they might charge based on how you look or whether you’re a foreigner. The room was uncomfortable. The bed was very hard, the curtains and old chairs were dirty, and the fans were filthy. The AC was on their set temperature, and we left it running overnight because it was hot, but it got so cold we woke up freezing. When I got up to use the bathroom with the lights off, I saw some creatures in the sink that looked like cockroaches. They provided just soap and two towels for our family of four. I really don’t recommend this hotel.

We left because we didn’t feel respected. We had booked a Jr. Suite through bookings.com, expecting the nice bathroom shown in the photos. When we arrived, the receptionist was extremely rude and said we weren’t eligible for the room we’d booked because of the price listed and paid. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by a hotel receptionist.

There are ground-floor rooms, so I’d recommend this place for older guests or anyone with limited mobility. We had a peaceful, relaxing stay, and the service was excellent. My family was here from May 3rd for two nights. We paid reasonable prices for a suite for six and a separate room for two. Both spaces were comfortable, spacious, and clean, with TV and internet, and there was a pool. Secure parking was available too. Santa Cruz beach and La Crucesita are nearby. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
