It's quiet here, and there are grocery stores nearby. The owner is friendly and the service is good. I liked the bright terrace with its tables, chairs, and grill. The common areas are fine, and the kitchen works well. The rooms vary in size, some are roomy and others small. The place is clean and comfortable, with a small parking lot. Rooms have air conditioning and a TV, and there are fire extinguishers. The bathrooms have hot water, toilet paper, soap, and towels.

The room was barely bigger than a bed, and the showers were tiny. I paid the manager for an invoice, but it never arrived. If you need an invoice, don't stay here. They took my money and stopped replying, even though I kept following up. Terrible customer service.

The young man who welcomed me was great, and even gave me his cell number in case I needed anything. I was there mostly to sleep because of work, and didn't need to ask for anything else. The kitchen was useful too, with a fridge for groceries and space to cook, as long as you keep it clean and tidy. There wasn't enough water, though. The neighborhood is very quiet, almost like a ghost town, with few people or businesses. I noticed vacant lots and houses that seemed abandoned for days. There are a McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and a supermarket within walking distance. I also ate at a Chinese restaurant. The place is clean, but there are a few things that could be better. I spotted a broken mosquito net, opaque shower glass, a woman's hair caught in the bathroom screen, what might have been a paint mark on the bedspread, and an unpatched hole in the wall. Take it as constructive criticism if the owner sees this.

A good fit for business trips, with comfortable air-conditioned rooms and parking. The manager gives personal attention and stays on top of what you need.
