It's a budget hotel that's okay for the price, but I wouldn't recommend it. The carpeting seemed questionable, and I wondered how well they clean after checkout or how often they do a deep clean. We found a nail clipper in the cupboard with the extra blankets and a lighter under the bedside table. Cleanliness was below average. Parking is limited and doesn't seem adequate for how many guests the hotel can hold. The service was acceptable, but the restaurant service was deficient.

The hotel's in the middle of everything and has enough space, which were the only two good things about it. We had the suite, but only one of its AC units worked, some lights were out, and the elevator barely worked, with only one of the two operating. Parking is limited, and no one helped us with our bags. Another guest ended up helping instead. They charged 40 pesos for a tiny bucket of ice. The shower is in the tub with no curtain, so water gets everywhere.

The beds were soft, and being right in the town center was a plus. Parking is extremely limited, but at least it's gated. The place badly needs an update: stained sheets and chairs, filthy carpet, broken blinds, and peeling bathroom paint.

We checked out an hour after arriving. The picture showed air conditioning, but there was none. When I asked at the front desk, the attendant smiled and said they didn't have AC. I asked why they advertised it, and he said it hadn't worked in the two years he'd been there. The carpet was disgusting, and there were cockroaches. They changed our room when we asked, but we still couldn't stay, so we left.

Fine if all you need is a place to sleep, shower, and use the bathroom. The rooms are a good size, and the location is nice, with taxis right outside. Service is poor.
