We had plenty of room to put our things away, and they provide drinking water and morning coffee, which was a big plus. The hotel is clean, and in our experience its Wi-Fi worked better than at other places on the island. It’s attractive and in a quieter part of Holbox, with restaurants only a short walk away. Staff were very helpful arranging tours and transfers. Great value for money.

Alcobas del Mar felt like home during my five unforgettable nights. The place is charming, beautiful, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that make it peaceful and welcoming. The receptionists were a real highlight, warm and attentive, and always kind. They helped with everything from food and sightseeing tips to starting the day with a smile. You’re close to everything in Holbox, but far enough from the main street to get some quiet. It really gives you both convenience and peace. I left with lovely memories and a full heart. If you want comfort, beauty, and heartfelt hospitality, I can’t recommend it enough. Thanks for making the stay special. I’ll be back!

The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax, enjoy a little view over the island, and catch a breeze. In the June afternoon heat, the indoor pool was a lifesaver. The hotel is within walking distance of lots of useful places, and the AC worked perfectly. Staff were so kind and helpful. They pointed us to good spots and helped book a cenote tour. There was always fresh cold drinking water available for free, too. We loved our stay and recommend it without hesitation.
