We came across this place while walking around town. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The beer was ice cold and cheap, and the cocktails and lunch were fab. Thanks so much for welcoming us.

LA CHAYA is one of the island’s best and most underrated places. The food is great, the cocktails are delicious and very affordable, and everyone working there is so nice. Everybody should give it a try!

They call themselves “Soul kitchen,” but they’ve lost the soul, and we lost our money. Just DON’T go. The waiters didn’t seem to care, and after a 40-minute wait, the food arrived cold.

We went in for cheap cocktails, then found an extra $200 on the bill when it was time to pay, with no explanation. When we challenged it, they insisted the amount was right and tried to make us think we were mistaken. They eventually backed down, but the total went up again when they gave us the payment machine. It was dishonest and stressful. DO NOT GO HERE.
