Bartolome Oceanfront Suites

We spent 9 nights at Bartolome Oceanfront Suites and can't wait to return. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to make our vacation feel perfect. The bed, shower, location, and view were all great. We loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the many magnificent sunsets. The neighborhood has a great feel, and it was peaceful early in the morning and when we were ready to sleep. They have a wonderful restaurant, though we often chose to try the many other places to eat within easy walking distance. We wouldn't change a thing. Thank you, Bartolome! ❤️

The rooms were spacious and lovely, with a great water view, island beach style decor, a comfortable bed, and a balcony. I liked having a desk to do my makeup, plus a door to close off the hallway for bathroom privacy. It was also a good price at $120 per night USD, and the location is great, about a 10 minute walk from the prettiest beach on the island. Would I stay again? Honestly, yes, I recommend it. The check-in at 3pm felt late, and 11am checkout felt too early. We asked if we could stay until noon, but they stuck to the checkout policy. They were also strict about leaving bags after checkout, expecting me to return within 2 hours to collect my luggage. The Wi-Fi was terrible. The signal was so slow I couldn't even watch a movie on my phone.

We stayed in room 1 and absolutely loved our stay. The service was amazing, our room was cleaned every day, and the staff were friendly and VERY helpful. The food and drinks downstairs in the restaurant were great, and the coffee shop outside is AMAZING!! Downtown was an easy walk. Jesus Loves You!

The view is nice, but the street by the ferry is extremely loud and hectic. Staff kept coming into my room to clean without knocking, and got angry when I kept my friend's bag in our room for a few hours before she left. She was staying at the hotel too. There was no shampoo or body wash, just a bar of hand soap.
