It's not the best hotel on Isla, but it's easily the best value. The location is excellent, near public beaches and restaurants and right across the street from the ferry. The evening view from a higher floor is spectacular. Just keep in mind that there's no elevator.

I stayed at this hotel with my mother and son. As the reviews said, the beds are comfortable and it's right across from the ferry. I'd definitely recommend it because we accidentally left my mom's passport and over $700 behind after checking out. We came back the next day, and the staff had kept everything for us. I'm very grateful for their honesty. My mother struggled with the fourth floor because there's no elevator, so if you're travelling with an elderly person, ask for a room on the first or second floor.

For the price, it's great. It's right across the street from the ferry, and it's easy to find food. There's a 7/11 just a short walk down the street. My room was clean and the air conditioning worked really well. The bathroom was clean too. The shower takes a few minutes to get hot, but it does. The staff were very kind as well. Wi-Fi is available on the first floor. Thumbs-up!

I stayed here with friends for three nights. The hotel is right at the port, which is convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean, with everything we needed. The water was either unavailable or cold, and the water pressure was always low, but our friends told us that's because of the location on Isla Mujeres. Overall, we had a good stay, and it's a good place to start the day on this fantastic island.
