We really enjoyed our time in this spacious, comfortable, well secured condo, and would recommend it. It’s one street over from the tourist, restaurant, and bar zone, so it’s convenient, and there’s parking if you rent a golf cart. I’d suggest getting one to explore the rest of the island, since the tourist area gets old after a day or two. The pool was nice, though we barely used it because the beaches are to die for. It’s close to everything.

I spent ten days here and really enjoyed my stay. It’s a peaceful property, just a short walk from Playa Norte, and it was easy to get in touch with the host. I highly recommend the condo if you want somewhere quiet while enjoying Isla Mujeres.

We’ve been home for just a week and already want to book again. The condo is so close to everything, especially the beach, restaurants, and shops. It’s also just a hop, skip, and a jump, or a stagger, from what I think is the island’s best live music, at EL PATIO M-F 9PM-11PM. The owners, Eva and Franco Martino, were so hospitable. Coming through the gated entrance, we saw the fabulous pool, then went up to the 2nd floor. Once inside, the air conditioning and welcoming decor made us feel like we were in heaven, a HOME AWAY FROM 🏡. Thank you, Eva and Franco. A perfect, well maintained spot for a vacation on Isla. Here’s a tip: there’s a bathroom under the steps next to the pool!

I stayed in 102. It’s a great place, a little over a block from Playa Norte. The pool stays in the shade, so it was cool when we were there in mid-June. Our AC broke, but they had maintenance there within a couple of hours that same day to repair it.
