It's a quiet spot away from the tourists, and the people running it were friendly and quick to respond. They let us use the property before check-in and after check-out, and stored our luggage. I also appreciated being able to swap used towels for fresh ones. I've stayed here twice, in PH1 and PH2, and check-in was easy both times. The rooms are spacious and the AC is great. We did see a few ants and a little spider, but only when food was left out. The wifi can be unreliable, so I'd suggest getting an eSIM. I'll be back!

After five visits to Isla mujeres, this is my favorite place to stay. The caretakers are amazing, the host is easy to reach and quick to communicate, and their recommendations were great.
