The sheets were stained and there was mold in the bathroom. The towels were gray instead of white, scratchy, old, and coming apart. I asked for replacements, but still didn't feel safe taking a shower, so I went to my mom's house instead. I requested a refund, yet they charged my card anyway. They need to replace the hotel's linens, though honestly, that's their problem. Other family members stayed there and had the same experience. I'd stayed before and it was just okay, partly because my family lives nearby. This visit was disgusting.

The restaurant was a highlight: the service there was very good, the food was delicious, the coffee is worth trying, and the prices were pretty affordable. The place was clean, the parking felt safe, and the location was fantastic. I only gave service four stars because my AC wasn't working and I had to ask to move to another room.

The rooms are clean and nice, and the front desk staff are really good. The food wasn't great, though, and the waitresses were slow.
