Hotel Redinn

A double room costs $800, and the rooms are comfortable in a central location. But the bathroom is tiny, the WiFi is very slow, and the drywall walls let you hear everything next door. If your neighbors are noisy, you won't get any rest.

You can hear people in the other rooms because the walls are thin and don't block sound.

I had already paid for my stay, so they should honor the dates I booked. Now they're telling me I have to leave. Honestly, these last few days have been a terrible experience.

At 1000 pesos, this was the most expensive hotel we've stayed at in Mexico so far, and also the worst. It was far too cold at night, with no heating even though I asked and was told they had it. There was no toilet seat, despite the photos online showing one, and no WiFi in the room. The drain smelled, the neighbors were noisy, and the receptionist didn't care about our complaint or try to help.
