2/10
It's a big, nice house, but it's neglected and full of bugs. The pool was filthy and clearly hadn't been maintained. Kitchen supplies were sparse: only a few pots and pans, some missing handles, hardly any plates, and no cups or glasses. The sheets were worn, and the mattresses were old.

2/10
The house has plenty of space, but the amenities are in very poor shape. It's damp, with leaks in the stairs, bathrooms, and ceilings. The dining room even has a leak coming from the master bathroom. The beds seem like they're from 1910, with the springs easy to feel. I'd pay a few more pesos for a house in better condition.

The house is nice, but feels neglected. If you're planning to spend a weekend cooking there, the kitchen is missing a lot of utensils.

4/10
The house needs maintenance: damp walls, neglected paint, broken doorknobs, and a bathroom that smells like a sewer. The mattresses are worn, and various household items are either in poor condition or in short supply.

A roomy, comfortable house in a quiet, safe area, just right for relaxing.
