When we were ready to leave, the open parking gate didn't help: cars were parked in three rows, and ours was completely blocked. We went to the office, and staff had to wake all the drivers to move their cars so our van could get out. It took an hour to escape. The parking lot was full of garbage and weeds, and the beds were horrible. This place doesn't deserve even one star!

The pool water is extremely cold, and they don't have coffee. Still, it does the job. Pretty good.

Hello, good morning. I'm from Mexico City. We stayed with you last December and everything went well. God willing, we'll be coming back to Cardel this December, and there will be about 18 to 20 of us staying again. When I called to ask about rooms, the person who answered gave me the name Pedro and said there was no availability. Could someone confirm that? I was also told we could leave the truck there even though there's no parking, and they let us do that last year. I'm not sure who can confirm this information. Thank you.

The towels are pretty old, and there isn't hot water in the mornings.

For the price, what they provide isn't enough. The mattress in my room was so old that the springs felt awful, and I had to ask them to replace it. I wanted somewhere comfortable to rest and expected the service to match the cost, but that wasn't my experience. The A/C was also very old and made a terrible noise.
