Hotel Central

There's a daily farmers market close by, plus a park with a thousand chirping, pooping birds, generally friendly people, and a bank one block away. LA Inter Restaurante is recommended for decent meals, with a coffee shop next door. Bother is less than 2 blocks away. The staff are great most of the time. Rooms are very basic, the bed is tolerable, and the AC is nice. There was a weird smell in the room, but I could put up with it. People making noise in the patio at night can get annoying, and there's no hot water in the shower.

The staff were nice, and the a/c works. Probably the best hotel in town, but it was extremely noisy all night, with kids screaming, people talking and doors slamming. The linen and towels were pretty worn. As others have mentioned, parking is only on the street.

Air conditioning was a big help in the heat, and the room rates seemed reasonable, from 390 to 500 depending on room size and how many people. The WiFi was really fast, at least 6gb download, and streaming movies was easy. Upload speed wasn't as good. Nice little touches too, like soft lighting and sockets beside the beds.

Clean and spacious room, with a good shower and air con. It was 450 pesos/night. Five stars just for leaving a little note with the WiFi password in the room, so you don't have to go back downstairs to ask.
