Collection O Casa Lomah

The room we got looked nothing like the website photos, and although we booked one with a terrace, there wasn't one. We also couldn't find any air conditioning or even a fan, so the room had no airflow. The location was confusing to find, and we ended up walking around a lot. I know they probably won't refund us or move us, and maybe I should have checked more carefully. We paid nearly what we would at a more reputable hotel, and it didn't feel worth it. We appreciate the accommodation, but hope they address these problems in future listings. We won't be back.

The beds, furniture, and bathrooms were all really nice, and the Wi-Fi was fast. There was also Netflix on the room's smart TV. At first, not seeing or dealing with other people feels odd, but you get used to it, and it works well for social distancing. You need numerical codes to enter the hotel and your room, so call ahead to get all the details. It felt like being in a science fiction movie.

There was no staff around to help, and nobody cleaned my room during my five-day stay. I paid for a room with a terrace but got a dark, stuffy bunker instead. A terrible experience.

How do I reach you for more information? I've tried calling, but the call won't go through.
