We stayed three nights and never got clean towels or toilet paper. The shower flooded around our ankles, and the sheets were too thin for the cold evenings. There was no one to greet us: we let ourselves in and waited for someone to arrive with a key. When our key didn’t work, we got in with other people’s keys. Very odd management. It doesn’t deserve a 3.6-star rating, more like one star. There was no visible management, and relying only on a camera to watch the lobby could possibly be dangerous.

I told them when I’d arrive at Mexico City airport and that it would take time to get to the hotel, but communication was poor. They closed at 12am. I messaged, and all they said was that they were closed, even though the lights were on. It would take two seconds to open the door so I could get to my room. I’m stuck outside and want a refund.

I tried to check in twice and nobody was there. Hotels.com said check-in was only available during a four-hour window. I returned at 1500 the next day, and still no one was there. The price was non-refundable, and I feel scammed. Stay away!

I booked two weeks ahead, but when I arrived they told me there was no room for me. They said they couldn’t contact me, even though they had my phone number and email through the booking. After an international trip, that was very disappointing. Luckily there were other hotels nearby, but I lost a lot of money because they couldn’t reach me.

A nice place near zona rosa with very courteous staff. There was no soap in the room, though, and the blankets could use an update.
