The facilities look very nice, but this is a hostel, not a hotel, with shared bathrooms and poor hygiene, even in the dining room. My TV had no batteries; I asked for some, but they never showed up. There's a restaurant downstairs with delicious food, though the staff were very rude and the service wasn't good. At night, restaurant staff held a bazaar and made so much noise that resting was impossible.

We had a comfortable room with its own bathroom, but street noise came through a lot. The shared TV room and kitchen are part of the hostel, and breakfast is cereal with milk. The building is somewhat old and close to the center. Parking was a hassle since we didn't know the area: there isn't any on site, and the nearest lot was about six blocks away with an extra fee. Bring the exact fare, because the young woman who greets you doesn't have change. No one helps with the luggage either.

Everything is close by, and the place is clean. The location is excellent, and I'd recommend it to people visiting for work or vacation.

BAD SERVICE. I went on a Saturday and there was no parking, so you have to leave your car on the street. The hotel seemed abandoned and closed, with no rooms available. Now they're answering, but why didn't they tell me that when I called several times and asked? They never gave me that information.
