We found the area safe, and the rooms were modern. The whole hotel was super clean, and breakfast was very good. We could see food being brought out continuously to keep it fresh. One employee spoke English and told us about some attraction sites and the history of Lagos de Moreno. My experience was perfect.

As of April 2024, this was a beautiful, modern, welcoming hotel. Food choices nearby are limited, and the hotel only serves breakfast. There's a pharmacy and restaurant Rotteti in the parking lot, plus a KFC next to the pharmacy, but that can get old if you're staying a while. My main problems were the hair throughout the room, including on clean sheets and floors even right after cleaning, and shower curtains that were too short. Water flooded the floor whenever I showered, so I used an extra towel to block the gap.

Great hotel, though it could use a little maintenance.

The mini slip wasn't working properly.

The parking is spacious, with an extra underground garage, and you can go straight up to your room from there. The hotel is very close to the center, and its advertising is easy to see. Service is excellent: the staff are always friendly and willing to help, and the services they offer are very good. Congratulations!
