Fiesta Americana Cozumel All Inclusive

The master suite worked well for our family of four, with two rooms, separate bathrooms, and a lovely ocean view from a high floor. Our kids especially enjoyed the cute evening shows, which began at 7 p.m. and suited young children, as well as the daily pool entertainment. Snorkeling right in front of the hotel was excellent. The water was so clear we could spot fish from our beach beds. The food was good and had enough variety for everyone. Staff were kind, welcoming, and always smiling. There's a small kids club, though it's more like a supervised playroom than an organized activity program. We hardly used it since the kids mostly played together in the pool. We spent a wonderful week here and found it a relaxing family hotel.

The spa was a highlight, my massage was heavenly. We also liked being able to do our own laundry in the wash and dry room, with detergent available at the front desk. The resort is small and easygoing, so we never had to compete for towels or pool chairs, and the cabanas by the pool and beach were free to use. Food was delicious, and service was outstanding. The place was family-friendly and worked well with strollers and wheelchairs. Entertainment was simpler and less involved than at bigger resorts, which I found more relaxing. We really enjoyed our week and would recommend this resort and hotel brand for a restful vacation.

The room was okay, though the air-conditioning wasn't very good and the air felt humid. The all-inclusive meals were fresh to order and very nice, especially at the fish restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of alcoholic drinks, including branded and premium spirits.

The staff's warmth and helpfulness made our five nights feel special. Every restaurant served delicious meals, and we loved the nightly shows so much that we planned dinner around them. Jasmine brought great energy to the shows. At breakfast, Alejandra remembered our names, Gabriel always had our coffee and jugo verde ready, and the quesadilla lady was so sweet. Antonio at Penisula brought extra satay with dinner, Nicholas at Rosato gave us outstanding service, and Alejandro at the MTS tour desk pointed us to a great dive company and jeep excursion. The pools are beautiful, and don't miss the reef in front of the hotel. We hope to return with our whole family.
