They take ages to send invoices. We always send our operators to stay here, but the billing is the same problem every time. I'm calling now to get my invoice and they aren't answering. Because of this, I won't send any more staff to this hotel.

The welcome at check-in was friendly, but the room had a shower leak that made it impossible to sleep, and it smelled musty throughout. We reported it and were told it would be fixed the next day, but it never was. They also didn't change the sheets or towels until we asked. For the price, or about $200 pesos more, I think you could have a much nicer stay at another hotel nearby. This felt more like a hostel than a hotel, and I really didn't enjoy it. It was the worst part of my trip 😔.
