The value for the price is pretty good, and it's a budget-friendly place near Puebla. There was cat hair in the rooms, so allergy sufferers should keep that in mind. I'd ask for a blanket when you arrive if the nights are chilly.

I won't be going back. The staff were rude, made faces, didn't even say good morning, and would come upstairs to tell us to be quiet if we laughed or made even a little noise. The terrace needs maintenance, and they cut off its power, so we had to ask for an extension cord. There was only one for the whole house. If you rent upstairs, they may enter your bathroom in the middle of the night, which I wasn't told about and left me with no privacy. They also got angry when I locked my room after going out, even though they had given me a key and I locked it for security. Prices rise with more guests, but we were expected to pay per person and had to share one room. It felt like a rip-off. As a tourist, you're expected back before 11 pm, even though Puebla is best at night. I hated the service and the way we were treated.

The internet wasn't very good. Also, the posted entry time says it's open until 11, but if you're young and hanging out with friends, staff come bother you. They should make it clear that young people aren't welcome, so you can avoid a bad time and enjoy yourselves somewhere else.

The food was delicious, and the woman served me even though the kitchen was nearly closing. Thank you! Service was excellent, the rooms were nice, and prices were reasonable for people traveling for work on a mid-range budget. Just bring towels and your other personal things, since this is a guesthouse rather than a hotel. Highly recommended.
