Abraham really helped us out when our reservation wasn't showing in the system. He welcomed us, sorted it out, and then worked with us to change our shuttle time as our flights were cancelled and rescheduled seven times during the overnight stay. The staff were exceptional. The hotel is a great value if you need somewhere clean and updated near the airport. The free shuttle takes about a minute, and breakfast is included and hot. Rooms are spacious and quiet, with views and high-speed internet. The beds were super comfortable, and there’s also a pool, a small workout room, and a good Italian and Mexican restaurant right next door.

Breakfast looked so unappetizing that we didn't even try it. The staff could use some lessons in courtesy and customer service. Still, I'd stay again for the airport location. The room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were really comfortable. Ours faced the street and was noisy, so next time I'll ask for one on the other side.

I picked this place because it’s very close to the airport and offers a shuttle. But the ride depended on availability, and they said I might have to wait at least 30 minutes. I was willing to wait, even though I didn’t want to, since I understood. The woman on the hotel phone first said 15 minutes, then 25 or 30, and finally said it was subject to availability, so she didn’t know when it would come. I took a cab for 20 dlls.

The room was really hot when I checked in, and it took about an hour to cool down. That was the only downside. The hotel was clean and nice, close to the airport, and the check-in staff were friendly and bilingual.
