The design was nice, it was clean, and it stayed quiet. But the pods were stuffy, with no AC and only a weak fan, even at its highest setting. I spent the whole night sweating and couldn’t sleep at all. People used to the heat in Mexico might be fine with that warmth, but if you need cool air to sleep, I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The capsules were easy to sit in, even at 5'10, and didn’t feel claustrophobic. Toilets, showers, and lockers were convenient. You can still hear airport sounds, but even as a light sleeper I slept decently well, and people respected the low noise levels. The door button light was just too bright. I’d use this place again if I go through MEX.

This is such a good idea, and I’ve come back for a second stay. It’s always clean and convenient, the staff are friendly, and you tend to get good fellow guests. Highly recommend for an overnight or connecting flight, or if you need a shower or power nap before your next flight.

The tubes were bigger than I expected, with enough room to sit comfortably and read. I booked 4 hours, slept for three, then spent the rest of the time just relaxing. Clean and comfortable, and a real lifesaver.

I arrived in CDMX at 5am on a red eye and booked a pod for a few hours until I could check into my hotel. They let you pay by the hour if there’s space, which was super convenient. But nobody mentioned at check-in that after a few hours the overnight price works out much cheaper, so I ended up paying twice as much at the hourly rate. That was a major bummer. The place was super clean, and I slept great with ear plugs despite being a light sleeper. I thought I might feel claustrophobic, but I didn’t. It would help to have clearer instructions for finding and getting into the pod, especially when it can be dark on arrival. It’s above door seven, sort of near the Hilton and the food court on the second floor.
