Right in the heart of León, with a great central location. If you want an affordable hostel, this is a good option. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a room priced for four, though it had one double bed and one single bed. Only two of us ended up coming, but we’d paid for four. The location is excellent, central and close to bars, restaurants, and banks, and the price was good. Service was excellent, too, with staff attentive the whole time. Common areas were clean, and upstairs there were two spacious, very clean shared bathrooms. The rooms have the basics, a bed, bedside table, lamp, and little mirror. Bedding was just a sheet and a light blanket. The rooms weren’t especially dirty, but felt a bit neglected and could use some maintenance. There are security cameras for guests. There are also rules, but we still had to put up with inconsiderate guests making lots of noise in the early morning, plus a family shouting, running up and down the stairs, and slamming doors. Please address this kind of thing. It’s a guesthouse, so everyone needs to respect the other guests.

The house smelled of sewage, and some guests kept coming and going noisily all night. I don’t know whether anyone else was trying to rest, but there should be rules to keep the noise down. Nobody could sleep or relax. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place to unwind.

Lucy gave excellent service, and the location is central. The room was on the small side and the beds weren’t very comfortable, but it was clean and quite acceptable.
