Crowne Plaza Leon by IHG

The restaurant and bar have very good food options, and the hotel has what you'd expect from a Crowne and a little more. Extra security on the floors helps keep things peaceful. Good location and great service.

We enjoyed our first stay and plan to come back. It's great value if the breakfast buffet is included in the price.

The buffet was very good, and there's a gym where you can exercise comfortably. The covered pool is great for relaxing and having fun with family. It's a comfortable hotel with excellent facilities, plus a nearby shopping center, restaurants, and shops. The location feels safe and is excellent. The cleanliness was excellent too. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, so if cleanliness matters to you, you can feel at ease staying here.

The people here really make it feel familiar. After a month in Mexico, coming back to this hotel felt a bit like coming home before we headed off for another five months of exploring. We’ve stayed four times over the past six years, always around the Festival International Del Globo, twice before the pandemic and twice after. The staff handle a full house of hundreds of international balloonists alongside regular guests, and they’re still cheerful, polite, and helpful in the halls and whenever people come and go. Our rooms have always been clean, the beds comfortable, and the water hot with good pressure. The breakfast buffet has plenty to choose from, and since we leave at 5 AM, we order room service. It always shows up hot and on time.
