The shower water was good, and the hair dryer worked well. The room lighting felt too dim to me, though I know that can depend on the person. The coffee maker was out of order, and the bottles weren't labeled, so I couldn't tell which one was shampoo and which was conditioner.

We stayed five days, and the view from our eighth-floor room was amazing. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had accidentally booked one night too few, but when we got to the room they called us and charged the extra day at the same rate. They handled it respectfully and were very understanding. I highly recommend staying here.

I keep coming back, almost every year for the Rally, and have done so for six or seven years. It was right behind the hotel. The rooms are consistently nice and the staff are always friendly. There's parking at the hotel, plus a casino next door, and a movie theater, restaurants, and a pool nearby. It's close to all the shopping and a good place to stay in Leon.

The location made it easy to walk downtown and visit other places, and the included breakfast was decent. The rooms were comfortable, although the bathroom was in an odd spot. During the day the air conditioner didn't work, and one speaker kept making noise even when it was unplugged.

The breakfast was great, and parking is free for hotel guests. The hotel was clean, and the staff were kind and attentive. There's not much English spoken, but it was still possible to communicate because some staff members speak it.
