K Hotel

Room twelve had an unpleasant smell when I walked in, and it was clearly not clean. The layout was inefficient too. The bathroom faucet leaked and left puddles, and there was no hot water in the shower. The front of the hotel looks impressive, but the inside didn’t live up to that impression. For what it costs, I don’t think it’s good value. The long stay is the only positive I can give it, since the maintenance and service problems outweigh everything else. The least recommendable option I’ve visited in its category.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with a sofa, TV, AC, and what you need. The garage room has a charming corner room, and the bathroom is clean with a shower. Once I asked for ice and it took about 15 minutes to arrive, though I guess the place is so big. Another time, someone opened my door and caught me completely naked. Even so, I highly recommend it. One of my favorites in León, from the simplest room to the jacuzzi, it’s fantastic! 👍

For the price, the rooms are really nice, and breakfast was included and good enough to fill us up. I’d expected a hotel-motel to be more uncomfortable, since several friends and I needed a place for a trip and didn’t want typical motel rooms. I requested “Standard Rooms” 😳, and the staff were very friendly. The contract on the voucher showed a different amount from what I’d paid through the Booking.com app 🧐. I also didn’t like that they copied my ID without asking or explaining why, then pressured me to read the “contract.” Always read what you sign, you never know 😓. I hope the INE (National Electoral Institute) copy is only kept as a backup in case something happens at the property. I’d never had that happen before 😐, though apparently other hotels do it too for “legal” reasons.

Very pleasant and clean, whether you’re staying for a short while or for a week or a month.
