La Quinta by Wyndham León

There are plenty of breakfast choices, plus other food you can order for an extra charge. It's a great family hotel in Leon, with clean, peaceful surroundings. The parking lot is nice and has security at the entrance around the clock. There's also a gym, pool, and spa.

Everything feels new, and the rooms are great. There's good parking outside and underground. The restaurant looks lovely, though I haven't tried the food yet. From a higher floor, the nighttime view is really nice.

Two rings went missing from our room on Tuesday. We reported it that morning and followed up the next day, but by the time we checked out, nothing had been done. Two Wednesday newspapers we bought also disappeared while we were out shopping. We had rolled them up with a rubber band to keep as souvenirs because our friends were in them. We looked around town the next day, but couldn't find that day's paper anywhere. So sad.

I've been waiting more than a month for a refund they still owe me. They won't see me again. I'd give zero stars if I could.
