It's pet friendly, with free parking, and close to just about everything. I walked to the center and found tons of places to eat.

No curtains or blinds in the rooms. Seriously, don't they know what those are? Turning on the TV is a hassle, and there's no air conditioning. The place is clean, and some employees provide good service. Parking is available, but around the corner.

The staff were polite and wonderful, and the hygiene was excellent. They were discreet and never intrusive. A slightly thicker mattress cover would make it even better. This was the complete opposite of Dajana and Suite at the Poliforum Inn, where the staff were rude and impertinent the whole time. I highly recommend Luma Hotel for the price, quality, and great service. ❤️ My son is very happy with them.

My partner and I won't be coming back. The room was awful: the toilet was clogged, and I don't understand how rooms aren't checked before guests are assigned to them. High windows let in all the morning light, with no curtains. Water leaks every morning, and one pillowcase had a strange stain.

At 550, it's a reasonably priced place for an overnight stop. The area is quiet and near the city center, and there's a cafeteria and check-in service. If you mainly need somewhere to rest, it works well. I wouldn't recommend it as much for a 3-5 day stay.
