The resort was spotless and beautifully cared for, and I really liked how eco-friendly it is. The day pass included pool access and a food and drink credit for the restaurant, which made it a great way to spend the day. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, and the service made us feel looked after the whole time. My boys and I had a lovely visit and came away with great memories. We'd happily go back for another relaxing day.

There are crocodiles, eagles, and birds of paradise wandering around, which makes the place feel close to nature. The room I'm staying in is huge, clean, and really nice. The restaurant is great too, with reasonable prices. I recommend staying here.

The hotel has a lot going for it, especially the facilities, nice pool, and great air-conditioned rooms. But I’m disappointed with how things have been handled. I’ve been here since Monday and leave Friday, and the horse ride has been “coming tomorrow” every day since I first tried to schedule it on day one. The food has been so-so, and yesterday, on my boyfriend’s birthday, they didn’t even offer a courtesy coffee. This morning I found a baby cockroach floating in my coffee. They took it away without apologizing. I understand cockroaches can be hard to control in Mexico, but after we killed one in the bathroom on Tuesday, it was still there after the room was cleaned the next day. The hotel could be great, but they need to take better care of their customers.

It's a quiet spot with a great beach in Veracruz, and the resort is affordable. The facilities are nice for resting and relaxing. It's a pretty nice hotel.
