We came for one night to see if staying for a month would be a good idea. The photos are real and up to date, and the place is as clean as it can be with guests coming and going. The cleaning staff do a fantastic job. I just wish the rules were applied equally. There are a few, and most are common sense in a shared environment.

I arrived late after confirming my arrival and checking in, but there was no staff member there. The security guard said they had no record of my reservation, and no one answered when I called the contact numbers. At 2 a.m. I had nowhere to stay and had to find another place on my own. It was extremely stressful and unacceptable. Afterward, I looked at the Google reviews and saw many negative accounts from other travelers that sounded like mine. I wish I’d seen them before booking. My experience was extremely negative, and I highly recommend avoiding this accommodation.

The facilities are fine, but they charge $100 for cleaning and that fee isn’t listed on Booking.com. That doesn’t seem right.
