The front desk felt disorganized and unhelpful, and the hotel is a long way from both tourist spots and the airport. It’s described as near Artz, but walking there didn’t feel easy or safe, while driving took ages. The facilities are basic. Breakfast at the restaurant was fine, though I wouldn’t choose it for other meals. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I travel for work a lot, and this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The room’s A/C failed both nights, and getting help was a mess. The first night, the front desk woman hung up on me twice before someone came and made what seemed like a temporary repair. The next night it stopped working again. She said she’d send someone, but after two more calls nobody came. I slept terribly, especially that second night. The road outside is loud, and the windows do little to block the sound. I could also hear people in another room loudly conducting their business. The restaurant food was lousy. The area seems fine by Mexico City standards if you have business nearby and drive everywhere, but it isn’t charming or walkable, and public transit service is poor. I’d look for a larger, more reputable hotel chain.

We’ve stayed here twice, and there’s a reason we came back. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant and bar team were attentive and made it a good time. The hotel is right across from a luxury mall.

It’s a business-focused hotel, with decent service, but there’s no lobby bar and it doesn’t seem geared much toward tourists. The water situation was the most annoying part: you can’t drink from the tap, and they provide just two 330 ml bottles. There’s a coffee maker in the room, but tap water can’t be used for coffee, and any extra drinking water costs more. For the price of the hotel, having to pay for more water is really irritating.
