The people I dealt with were cordial and nice, and my complaints aren't about them. The suite was an okay size, design, and location, but the rental experience was dreadful. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The view was magnificent, though the windows were very dirty. Floors had dust and hair, and the bathroom was only decent: the toilet seat was loose, cheap plastic, there was just one roll of toilet paper and not enough soap, and only two smelly towels. There was no counter space. The kitchenette had no coffee maker or toaster and barely any cleaning supplies, just sponge and dish soap. The utensils were cheap and insufficient, and the dishes, glasses, and cups were incomplete and poor. The bed was hard, the pillows dreadful, and there was only one nightstand. A desk was there but no chair. We had to request a safe. It was left unsecured on the coffee table and couldn't even be opened. The suite was down at basement/garage level, not in the tower, which felt gross. In the morning, some kind of nearby motor made noise, though I couldn't tell where it came from. It was pretty expensive for what it was, and we had paid cash in advance with no refunds, so we had to put up with these conditions for the week we were in CDMX. The ad photos don't match reality, and the 4.8-star reviews seem completely dubious, impossible. This wasn't even at the depicted 3-star level. Not recommended.

Ana and Edgar at reception were very nice and helped me a lot, and the service was very good. I liked the warm, positive feel of the apartments overlooking the park. The lobby was pleasant, and access to the elevator and apartment floor used a key. There's also a cozy gym in the building, plus a supermarket, laundry, and beauty salon right there. I had a very bad experience with Paradox rental. They also have apartments on the same street in Santa Fe. I'd choose this company's apartments, Bemate, instead. You won't regret it.

The place is beautiful and really clean, and the service was excellent. Ana and Edgar became friends of ours. They were accommodating and clearly cared about what their guests needed. I'd love to come back. More power to BeMate.

I liked being surrounded by the skyscrapers during my stay at Be Mate. The building sits in the heart of Mexico City's Business District, with La Mexicana Park just across a pedestrian bridge. Lots of places to eat and shop are nearby, so it works well for short visits and business trips. My work trip was split between a hotel and two days at Be Mate. The nightly rate matched what I'd paid at a business hotel, so I felt it was worth the price. Whether you'd enjoy it depends on what you like.

The apartment was clean and equipped, and the location was amazing. Restaurants and coffee shops, La Mexicana Park, and big malls with stores and movie theaters are all within walking distance. Everyone was warm, professional, and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to put a coffee maker in the unit. Thanks for such a great stay, and we look forward to visiting CDMX again! Fabiola
