The street was quiet, so we got a great night’s sleep, and the beds were really comfortable. This place felt like a hidden gem on a private street with a guard at the entrance. Rosalba greeted us when we arrived, helped with our luggage, gave us our key cards, and took the elevator to the fourth floor, which goes straight to the room. It was bigger than I expected, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. You can also arrange to have the place cleaned during your stay, and she was very attentive and sweet. I’d definitely recommend it and stay here again!

The apartment was much bigger than I expected and fit my family of five easily. It was the cleanest hotel or apartment I’ve ever stayed in, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Condesa was a wonderful neighborhood for our family, with tree-lined streets, parks, cafes, restaurants, little shops, and galleries. It even made us feel as though we were in Paris. Although it’s a quieter part of town, most major attractions were only 10-15 minutes away by Uber. El Diaz, the little restaurant at the top of the street, was a godsend after a long day of travel or sightseeing. The apartment at The Frida Boutique Hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated like a high-end hotel, and had everything for our weeklong stay, even laundry pods. Combining an apartment with hotel services worked perfectly for us, with 24-hour front desk service and security, plus daily housekeeping. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. Thanks as well to Renata on the Viadora Sales team, who helped arrange several suites for our group of 10. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return!

Frida Boutique by Viadora is on a lovely, quiet street, and the location was perfect for walking to parks, cafes, and restaurants. The two people at the front desk, Alfredo and a woman, were amazing. The hotel was nice, but clearly used and in need of updates. I’m a light sleeper, and noise from guests walking above at all hours kept me awake as people came and went. I emailed the host, Martha, but she had no solution and ignored my second email.
