Getting in and out of the residence could be awkward because a coffee stand is literally next door, so there’s always a crowd hanging around out front. Also, be aware there are homeless people in the area. I stayed at Caliza Roma Residence for five days and was satisfied overall. The area is handy for restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and transportation, and once inside, the residence feels safe and secure. My apartment was clean, tidy, and spacious, with a full kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, and a washer-dryer combo. The amenities were fully equipped for my stay, and the price was reasonable for what was provided. Noise was okay, though the walls are thin enough that you can hear people talking. I’d definitely book again.

Great value in a perfect, very safe location. There’s a good coffee shop right next door, the metro is a three-minute walk away, and plenty of street food, restaurants, and cafes nearby. The room was large and had a washer and dryer.

Ask for a higher floor if you can, since the level-one rooms have a faint smell like a tropical basement. Otherwise, Caliza Roma Residences by Tasman is a great-value stay in one of CDMX’s best neighborhoods. The spacious, modern rooms work well if you need two or three bedrooms without spending a fortune. It’s a safe, walkable part of Roma, with a 7-Eleven next door that stays open for late-night snack emergencies. It really feels like a luxury deal on a budget.

Bryan was so accommodating when we got in early from the airport and our room wasn’t ready. He arranged another room right away so we could rest until ours was ready. We loved our family stay in the beautiful, spacious apartment, which had plenty of room for the four of us. The location was great too, with easy Uber pickup out front and lots of good spots nearby. Highly recommend!
