The food was really good, and the parking staff were kind and helpful. Still, the room problems made the stay a bad experience for me. We found hair in the dirty bed, and there was a strong sewer-like smell that made the room uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and we went without hot water for two days. The cleanliness and maintenance issues outweighed the positives. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves.

The room was spacious, and I had no issues using the in-room safe for our valuables. We had a pleasant one-night stay and were happy with the quality, even though there was no view.

The patio and view were wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was fine, though the weiners were gross and fell apart in your mouth. The restaurant, La Terraza, was horrible. The made-to-order food was very, very salty, including both the chilaquiles and molletes. Something was definitely wrong.

The location worked well, with lots of places within walking distance. I can't comment on the view since my room had none. The rooms are okay and at least have AC, but the bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on a table, and I had back pain after one night. From the first day there were several room problems: leaks, no hot water, bad smells, and that uncomfortable bed. The service overall was great, though I didn't like the front desk girl's attitude. She shouldn't work there if she doesn't like providing good customer service. This place seems more suited to work trips than vacations, so if you're visiting the city for a holiday, look for somewhere with more of a vacation feel.
