The hotel looks lovely, but there are only stairs, no elevators. We had rented four rooms for our group, and three of them, including ours, had dark gray, almost black water in the toilet. Flushing made it worse, so we had to change rooms. The receptionist was working alone and seemed unsure what to do about the toilets. She also seemed a little put out when we insisted on new rooms. I had to carry our luggage down to the lobby, then back up to the third floor for the replacement room.

The food was good, but the waiters weren't. The hotel is lovely and its location is excellent for a convention. It just doesn't have enough hot water for all the rooms.

The beds were comfortable, room service was fast, and breakfast was excellent. The receptionists were especially kind and helpful. The place was nice, clean, and well kept. My only problem was the shower. If your room has no hot water, ask to switch rooms and they'll help.

I love this affordable hotel, and the pool is nice. But we had an awful time at the restaurant today. There were only two tables occupied and four waiters, yet getting our order and drinks took forever. Our drinks never arrived, and they charged us for coffee and fruit that were supposed to come with the meal. I won't eat there again.
